In 6 x 9 minute workouts you will use all your key muscle groups. The moves are easy to follow and you can choose from 3 different levels of difficulty. 

The original soundtrack is based on traditional Scottish music with modern elements. It’s lively and enjoyable to listen to, so it will help you motivate yourself when the going gets tough.

All you need to lose weight and improve your fitness is some comfy clothes, a living room and this DVD.
