The Scottish drink scene goes from strength to strength. It’s hard to keep count of the new micro breweries springing up. What joy to see hand crafted beers displacing the traditional chemical laden varieties. Gin is also getting in on the act with the arrival of Edinburgh Gin. The stills are located in the Heads and Tails Bar at 1a Rutland Place, Edinburgh, EH1 2AD. The drink is lovely a friend takes it straight (not to be recommended).
The gin is a premium price £34 but unless your at it every night then it’s a rare treat.
